Arial photography of Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, taken March 17. One-third of Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, was under water after the Missouri River flooded. A U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville Fuels Program contract maintains and repairs bulk fuel sorage facilities and equipment and is being used in flood recovery efforts at the base.
