Welcome to the first quarterly edition of BLUE

Being flexible and adapting to changing times has been a hallmark of the Department, and it’s no different as a new era of great power competition becomes the focus of leadership. We’re taking a look at change, and how it’s impacting servicemembers in this edition of BLUE.
