U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 10th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Flight secure a litter holding a simulated patient and medical equipment inside a Negatively Pressurized Conex during training at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Jan. 30, 2021.
