DAYTON, Ohio -- Leather belt, holster for a .38 caliber pistol, and a survival knife. Sergeant (later MSgt) Fred Cook, a door gunner with the 20th Special Operations Squadron, wore these items on Lt Flemings November 26, 1968, Medal of Honor mission. Mechanics cap with the 20th SOS Green Hornet printed on the visor and front. It belonged to Fred Cook but was not worn on the Medal of Honor mission. These items are on display in the Southeast Asia War Gallery at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. (U.S. Air Force photo by Ken LaRock)
