Niles Bartolome, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron crew chief, marshals an E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) on the Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, March 8, 2020.
